Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.
Cancellation Due to Cruise Ship Docking
If your cruise ship is unable to dock at the scheduled port due to weather conditions or a decision by the cruise operator, you will receive a full refund.
Requests Within 48 Hours
Cancellation or change requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee that a change can be accommodated or that a refund will be granted.
