Overview

Begin your private shore excursion with a convenient pickup directly from Hitachinaka Port. Travel in the comfort of your own private vehicle. Unlike a large group tour, there is no need to keep pace with other travelers, allowing you to enjoy each destination comfortably and at your own pace.

Your first stop is Oarai Isosaki Shrine, one of the area's most scenic and historic shrines. Take a short walk around the shrine grounds and enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean. The famous Kamiiso-no-Torii, standing on the rocks by the sea, is a particularly beautiful spot for photos. Guests who prefer to avoid the steep shrine stairs can enjoy the surrounding area and seaside views without climbing all the way to the main shrine.

Next, continue to Nakaminato Fish Market, a lively local market known for its fresh seafood and traditional atmosphere. Take some time to walk around the market, see the variety of locally caught seafood, and enjoy the atmosphere of this popular coastal destination. There are also restaurants and shops in the area for guests who would like to purchase local seafood.

After the fish market, travel by private vehicle to Hitachi Seaside Park, a large seaside park famous for its seasonal flowers and beautiful natural scenery. Depending on the season, visitors may see colorful fields of flowers, including nemophila and other seasonal blooms. Enjoy a relaxing walk and take photographs of the surrounding scenery. The park is spacious, so the sightseeing route can be adjusted according to the guests' walking ability and interests.

Finally, return to Hitachinaka Port, allowing sufficient time for a comfortable and safe return to your ship.

Before your tour, you will receive an English audio guide and digital guidebook, downloadable to your own device, with useful information about the itinerary and sightseeing spots.
