Overview

Begin your private shore excursion with a convenient pickup directly from Toba Port. Travel in the comfort of your own private vehicle. Unlike a large group tour, there is no need to keep pace with other travelers, allowing you to enjoy each destination comfortably and at your own pace.

Begin at Futami Okitama Shrine, a seaside shrine known for the iconic Meoto Iwa, or “Wedded Rocks,” connected by a sacred shimenawa rope. Enjoy the coastal scenery and discover a place long associated with purification and worship.

Continue to the Asama Summit Observatory, where you can enjoy panoramic views across Ise-Shima and the surrounding coastline from the summit area.

Then choose between two of Toba’s best-known attractions. You can decide on the day of the tour whether you would like to visit Mikimoto Pearl Island or Toba Aquarium. Visit Mikimoto Pearl Island to discover the history and culture of cultured pearls, including its Pearl Museum and traditional Ama diver demonstrations, or explore Toba Aquarium, home to a remarkable variety of marine life.

The driver speaks Japanese, and communication will be assisted by a translation device. Before your tour, you will receive an English digital guidebook with information about the itinerary and each sightseeing location. Pre-tour customer support is available in English.

After enjoying your selected attraction, return comfortably to Toba Port.
